社会系统工程方法刍论 社会系统工程方法刍论 本文作者：唐恢一 原创投稿 社会系统工程方法刍论 On Connotation of Method of Social Systems Engineering 唐恢一 哈尔滨工业大学建筑学院 Tang, Huiyi School of Architecture, Harbin Institute of Technology 摘要 我国的战略科学家钱学森晚年致力于发展系统科学，建立了系统科学的中国学派，提出了开放的复杂巨系统的科学新领域和大成智慧工程的方法论，并研究在社会主义制度下实施社会系统工程的途径。它对我国社会主义建设的科学发展特别是其顶层设计具有重要意义。但钱学森生前未能见到社会系统工程的具体实施，也未能形成其具体的方法。本文是在总结钱学森方法论的基础上，对社会系统工程方法的初探，指出了这种方法的基本性质和特点，提出了系统建模和控制理论的基本框架。对于国内外系统科学界在复杂性、开放的复杂巨系统建模和定量化运算等方面的困惑，指出了可行的解决办法。此法可经过实践的检验不断得到改进和提高。 Abstract: Qian Xuesen, a Chinese strategic scientist devoted to developing systems science during his later years and established the Chinese School of Systems Science, caried out a new scientific field of Open Complex Giant Systems and the methodology of Metasynthetic Engineering, furthermore, studied the way of implementing social systems engineering under the socialist system. This has important significance for the scientific development for China’s socialist construction especially its top design. However, Qian Xuesen could see neither the concrete implementation of social systems engineering during his lifetime, nor the formation of its concrete method. This article on the basis of summarizing Qian Xuesen’s methodology, is a primary approach to the method of social systems engineering, pointed out its fundamental characteristics, caried out the basic framework of systems modeling and control theory. with respect to the perplexity on complexity, modeling for Open Complex Giant Systems and its quantitative calculation of systems science area both domestic and abroad, pointed out a feasible way of solution.
