安徽财经大学工商管理学院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 中文题目：中国汽车零部件产业面临的问题和发展对策 英文题目：The Chinese automobile spare part industry faces question and development countermeasure 专 业： 工商管理 班 级： 07工商管理（1）班 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 中国汽车零部件产业面临的问题和发展对策 The Chinese automobile spare part industry face question and development countermeasures 内容提要 汽车业是国民经济的支柱产业，而汽车业的发展很大程度上体现在汽车零部件的发展。而我国零部件产业发展还存在很多问题，产业结构不合理，专业化水平低，产品研发能力难以适应技术发展的需要。企业规模小，配套单一，还尚不足够在国际市场上立足。我国的汽车零部件企业的机制效率比较低，没有大规模的，配套不完善，产品标准化、系列化、通用化程度较低，就会导致产品成本的增加。这种销售服务落后模式，难以适应全球化采购。针对这种种问题的存在，作者用SWOT分析法分析了我国汽车零部件产业所面临的优势和劣势，以及其面临的机遇和挑战。根据我国的现状和所处于的环境及政治因素等外界的特殊条件，找出了适应中国汽车零部件产业发展的战略。 关键词： 中国汽车零部件产业 SWOT分析 核心竞争力 自主创新 Abstract Auto industry is a pillar industry of the national economy, and the development of the automotive industry largely reflected in the development of auto parts. The spare parts industry in China there are many problems, irrational industrial structure, low level of specialization, the product research and development ability difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the technology.
