摘 要 随着我国经济建设的发展和对外开放的不断扩大，需要投资建设一大批工业、民用建筑和基础建设设施项目。从工程项目管理的角度出发，如何控制好每一个项目的工程造价，合理地使用建设资金，提高投资效益，一直是各级政府管理部门和各类项目建设主体所关注的热点问题。而建设项目施工阶段工程造价管理的主要工作是工程变更和索赔的管理以及工程的计量和工程价款的结算。由于工程项目的特点，变更等影响投资控制时间的发生在所难免。因而工程变更对造价管理的影响研究就十分有意义。 本文从工程造价的概念入手，层层深入，引用问卷调查结果，分析不同类型工程变更对建设项目的不同程度影响，得出不同变更构成比例。找出对工程造价影响较大的变更是工程设计变更和施工措施变更。通过分析工程变更尤其是设计变更和施工措施变更对工程造价的影响，探讨工程变更在工程造价管理中存在的影响，重点探讨变更工程的定价。研究如何加强工程变更下的造价管理，提出相应措施。 关联词：工程造价；造价管理；工程变更；变更影响 Abstract As Chinas economic development and opening up the construction of the expansion, the need for investment in building a large number of industries, buildings and infrastructure facilities projects.
