基于情境分析的ICU多元化探视管理应用效果分析 [摘要]目的 探讨基于情境分析的多元化探视管理在ICU病房中的应用效果。方法 选择多元化探视管理实施前（2015年1月至3月）和实施后（2015年4月至6月）于我院ICU接受住院治疗的患者及其家属各60例做为研究对象，实施前后病例及其家属分别设为对照组和试验组，对照组接受常规探视管理，试验组接受基于情境分析的多元化探视管理，比较两组干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果　两组空气细菌学检测结果和院内感染率无显著性差异，（Ｐ〉0.05），试验组病例及家属干预后的焦虑评分显著低于对照组，而其干预后的探视需求满足率则显著高于对照组，（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论　将基于情境分析的多元化探视管理应用于ICU病房管理实践之中，在保证空气质量和不增加院内感染率的前提下，可以有效改善患者的焦虑程度，提高患者家属的探视需求满足率。 关键词：情境分析；多元化；ICU；探视 〔Abstract〕Objective: To discussion diversified scenario analysis based access management application results in the ICU ward.
