学 院 地理科学学院 班 级 地信101 学生姓名 赵秋 学号 1022062023 指导教师 张慧芳 职称 讲师 评阅教师 鲁凤 张驰 职称 讲师 讲师 完成日期 南通大学地理科学学院 二零 年 摘要 城市住房不仅是满足人们日常生活的物质基础，也是维护社会稳定的重要因素。随着我国城镇化进程的不断发展，土地资源日趋紧张，如何进行合理的城市空间布局已成为新的研究热点。本文拟以南通崇川区为例，基于卫星影像、新开发的楼盘信息，构建南通市崇川区商品房地理数据库，以探究南通市住房空间分布格局及其影响因素。并基于本文构建的地理数据库，利用地理空间分析方法，探究南通市崇川区商业住房空间分布与南通已有交通道路、商业区以及学区之间的影响关系。研究表明崇川区住房空间分布受以上因素的影响，崇川区中部地区住房小区分布密集占总体比重大，且房价较其他地方高出很多；而东西部住房小区分布稀疏占总体比重较小，房价相对较低。 关键词：南通崇川，住宅小区，区位，空间分布  ABSTRACT City housing is not only a basis of peoples daily life, are also important factors in maintaining social stability. With the development of Chinas urbanization process, tensions of land resources, rational research on urban spatial layout has become a new hot spot. This article an example of chongchuan district, Nantong, based on satellite images, a newly developed real estate information, build the Nantong city chongchuan district geographic database of commercial property, to enquire into the housing spatial distribution pattern and its affecting factors of Nantong city. And builds on this geographic database, use of geo-spatial analysis, explore the Nantong, Nantong city chongchuan district spatial distribution of commercial housing and roads, commercial areas and affect the relationship between the school district. Studies have shown that spatial distribution of chongchuan district housing from the effect of the above factors, overall proportion distribution dense housing tracts in the central region, and much higher rates than anywhere else; Department of housing tracts distributed sparse proportion overall smaller, prices are relatively low.
