How to read various information delivered financial statements and correlation analysis accuratelyis requirements now faced by the financial analysts. Financial analysis refers to the economic activity providing useful financial information for accounting control and optimizing financial decision-making，in which the entity of financial analysis according to their different purposes，analyzes and evaluates the enterprise’s financial situation，operating results and cash flows，in a scientific way，through revealing the Operating conditions and the developing trend of the business by financial reports and other relevant information and data，along with industry information. According to Ping An of China Corporation in 2009 until 201the management situation of object, carries on the analysis of accounting statements and financial index analysis, combined with the industry analysis and strategy analysis of listing Corporation financial index, by contrast, find out the company operating in the existing problems, and put forward suggestions to solve the problem.
