创业板信息技术行业融资结构浅析 摘 要：信息技术行业代表了当今社会最为先进的生产力和生产技术，具有高投入、高风险、高收益的特点，它的这些特殊性使得其融资结构区别于其他行业。融资结构在企业经营过程中具有重要作用，不同的融资结构会对企业价值产生不同的影响，合理的融资结构可以增加企业价值，而不合理的融资结构则会降低企业价值。所以本文运用文献研究法和统计分析法，通过对创业板信息技术行业上市公司融资结构的研究，发现这些公司存在着偏好股权融资，负债期限结构和来源结构不合理等原因，针对这些问题分析融资结构产生的原因，并提出优化融资结构的建议，有助于提高经营管理者关于融资决策的准确性，降低财务风险，增加企业价值。 关键词：创业板； 信息技术行业； 融资结构 The Analysis of GEM information technology industry’s financing structure Abstract: Information technology industry in todays society represents the most advanced productivity and production technology, has the characteristics of high investment, high risk, high income, its particularity makes its financing structure difference to other industries. Financing structure plays an important role in the process of enterprise management, different financing structures will have different effect to the enterprise value, reasonable financing structure can increase the enterprise value, while the unreasonable financing structure can reduce the enterprise value. So this paper USES literature research and statistics analysis, by means of the gem financing structure of listed companies information technology industry research, found that the company has the preference of equity financing, debt financing structure is unreasonable, debt source such as a single reason, from two aspects of macroscopic and the particularity of its own analysis of the causes of financing structure, and optimize the financing structure of Suggestions are put forward. Help to improve the accuracy of the financing decisions of managers, reduce financial risk, and increase enterprise value.
