Even so,the supply chain enterprises are competitive and cooperative,enterprises must ensure that there own interests are not infringed,and maximize the benefits of supply chain ,which make the decision of enterprises very complicated.The competition among enterprises has not single competition among enterprise,but the competition between supply chain.How to effectively combine members of the supply chain itself and the entire supply chain performance,which inhances the enterprises` competitive ability.
