????????????????????????????????????????? 成?都?工?业?学?院 ?毕?业?设?计?（论?文） ???????????????? 设计（论文）题目： ?????????????????????? 系?部??名?称：????机?电?工?程?系??????? 专??????????业：??????数?控?技?术?????????? 班??????????级：?? ?????????? 学?生??姓?名：????????????????????? 学??????????号：????????????????????? 指?导??教?师：??????焦万均???????? ????????????????????? 2014年4月  ?摘要 本次设计的锤平机是生产和加工各种品质的鞋子的主要设备。目前设备制造厂的锤平机已基本定型，为了改进锤平机的结构性能和降低制造成本，本文主要对简单实用的锤平机进行了设计，并对锤平机的重要部件下锤饼连接装置的结构、强度和刚度进行了设计分析和计算，使该装置在结构上更加合理，降低了材料和能源消耗，提高了生产效率。设计主要结合现有的设计理念，在符合设计要求的前提下，设计时锤平机的机架整体上主要采用了钢板焊接闭式结构，这种结构制造方便无需大型加工设备，并且，选材主要使用了工字钢，角钢等常用材料，使用钢板焊接的加工工艺，因而，生产工艺性较好，一般街鞋厂均能制造。设计中主要使用了CAD、UG等工程制图软件。 关键词：锤平机 设计原理 结构设计 Abstract The design of hammer flat machine is the main equipment for production and processing a variety of quality shoes. At present, the equipment manufacturing factory by hammering machine has basic finalize the design, in order to hammer machine structure to improve performance and reduce the manufacturing cost, this article mainly carried on the design of simple and practical by hammering, and the bread under the important components of hammer peening machine connection device structure, strength and stiffness has carried on the analysis and calculation of the design, make the device on the structure more reasonable, reduces the material and energy consumption, improve the production efficiency.
