摘 要 随着科技的发展，智能化建筑已经在世界各地蓬勃发展起来，并成为21世纪发展的主流。随着计算机网络和通信技术的高速发展，人们对于生活水平要求越来越高.为了美化居民的生活环境，保障居民的生活及物质上的安全，为了满足住宅小区用户安全和科学系统化管理的需要，以及为了对随时发生的情况进行全面、及时的了解和掌握，对意外情况能迅速做出正确判断，并给出正确、快速的指挥和处理。有必要运用现代的高科技是手段，加强住宅区的基础安防建设，实现住宅小区自动化，建立一个全天侯综合安防系统，由闭路电视监控系统、门禁管理系统、防盗报警系统、对讲系统、巡更系统等组成。闭路电视监控系统采用电视摄像等手段监视被保护对象；门禁系统用卡片、按键、电子门锁等装置控制出入口门的开关；防盗报警系统采用动物物体监测器，监测接近被保护对象的运动物体；对讲系统利用可视电话来辨别访客身份；巡更系统是在安保人员巡逻路线上设置发信器，以确认保安人员的巡视记录、时间等。并且安防系统要达到技术先进，经济实用，安全可靠，质量优良的要求。在给住户带来现代信息技术享受的同时，获得技术上和经济上的双重收益，推动我国的信息化建设做出贡献。 关键词：智能化；安防；住宅小区；高科技  Abstract With the development of science and technology, intelligent building has already boomed all over the world,and become the mainstream of development in the 21st century.With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology,people for the demand of living standards is higher and higher.
