Automobile Graveyard and Junkyard Ordinance Section 1. Purpose The purpose of this ordinance is to provide adequate controls to ensure that automobile graveyards, automobile recycling businesses and junkyards do not have a deleterious impact on the Town’s health, safety, general welfare and property values. Section 2. Authority This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Title 30-A, Section 3001 and Section 3751-55 of the Maine Revised Statutes Annotated as amended. Section 3. Applicability This ordinance shall apply to all automobile graveyards, automobile recycling businesses and junkyards as
