不同海拔高度对普洱烟区烤烟产质量的影响研究 摘要 以云南省普洱市5个乡镇，每个乡镇设置3个不同海拔高度烟区为试验地点，以云烟87为供试品种，对5个乡镇试验点在不同海拔高度影响下的农艺性状、经济性状和常规化学成分进行研究与分析。其中三个海拔高度范围分别为：1000-1300m（A）；1300-1600m；1600-1800m为探索普洱特色优质烤烟质量风格特征，以烤烟品种云烟87为对象，研究了普洱不同海拔高度（1000-1300m；1300-1600m；1600-1800m）对烤烟产质量。结果表明：不同海拔高度的烤烟的产量和品质不同，以中高海拔地区的烤烟产量和产值最高；随着海拔高度的增加，烤烟的香气质较好，香气量较足，化学成分更趋协调，适用性也较好。综合各项指标，以海拔高度在1600-1800m区域内种植烤烟的综合效益表现最好。Abstract This experiment was conducted in 5 towns of Pu’er city, Yunnan province, and every town selected 3different altitudes as the experimental sites. The cultivar used in this study was Yunyan 87. The agronomic characters, economic characters and conventional chemical compositions of every experimental site were studied. The three ranges of altitude were 1000-1300m (A), 1300-1600m (B), and 1600-1800m (C), respectively. The main conclusions in this study are as follows: 1. The effects of altitude on the color, maturity, leaf structure, identity, oil, chroma, length, maiming of flue-cured tobacco in the five towns were analyzed. The results showed that the effects of altitude on the appearance quality of the different treatment of tobacco were different. For Wenlong town of the Jingdong county, the trends of the appearance quality was B＞A＞C. For Banpo town of the Jinggu county, the trends of the appearance quality was C＞B＞A. For Lianzhu town of the Mojiang county, the trends of the appearance quality was A＞B＞C. For Dehua town of the Ninger county, the trends of the appearance quality was A＞C＞B. For Mengda town of the Zhenyuan county, the trends of the appearance quality was B＞C＞A. 2. The effects of altitude on production and quality of the flue-cured tobacco were varied, and the results showed that the production and quality of the tobacco was the highest at the middle altitude or high altitude, while the economic characters of the tobacco at the low altitude were lower than the middle or high altitude.
