“互联网+图书馆”思维下的下一代图书馆服务平台 　　摘 要：“互联网+”已经成为当前中国各行业发展的主导战略，探讨“互联网+图书馆”的发展思路，以及下一代图书馆服务平台作为一种软件基础设施对“互联网+图书馆”的支撑作用，旨在为图书馆以“互联网+”的思维发展、提升与转型，为下一代图书馆服务平台的建设、选型、改进提供参考。文章通过“互联网+”时代的软件特征与下一代图书馆服务平台特征的对比、以及Alma试用体会，分析了下一代图书馆服务平台的应有的基本特性，并讨论了下一代图书馆服务平台建设理念、途径、需注意的问题等。 　　关键词：互联网+；图书馆服务平台；软件基础设施；Alma；OpenAPI；SaaS 　　中图分类号： G250.7 文献标识码： A DOI：10.11968/tsyqb.1003-6938.2016007 　　Next Generation Library Service Platform based on the “Internet + library” Thinking 　　Abstract “Internet +” has become the dominant strategy in the development of various industries in China. The development ideas of “Internet + library” and the next generation library service platform as a software infrastructure are discussed. The aim is to provide a reference for the development， promotion and transformation of library based on the “Internet +” thinking and the construction， selection and improvement of the next generation library service platform. Based on the comparison of the software features of the “Internet +” era and the features of the next generation library service platform， as well as the Alma operation experience， the ideal basic features of the library service platform are proposed. The construction idea， approach and the problems needed to be paid attention to are also discussed. 　　Key words “Internet +”； library service platform； software infrastructure； Alma； OpenAPI； SaaS 　　“互联网+”理念于2012年11月14日由易观国际集团于扬在易观第五届移动博览会上发言时首次提出[1]。李克强总理在2015年3月5日十二届全国人大三次会议上作政府工作报告时首次提出了“互联网+”行动计划，将“互联网+”这样一个偏技术性的概念上升到了国家发展战略、行业发展指向的层面[2]。通俗来说，“互联网+”就是“互联网+各个传统行业”，但这并不是简单的两者相加，而是利用信息通信技术以及互联网平台，让互联网与传统行业进行深度融合，创造新的发展生态[3]。“互联网+图书馆”是众多“互联网+”行业实践的一部分，是互联网与图书馆的深度融合，这种深度融合有助于突破图书馆行业发展的瓶颈，形成新业态、新模式和新理念，进而推进行业的创新、转型和提升。“互联网+”一经提出就引起了图情界的普遍关注，在中国知网“图书情报与数字图书馆”子库中利用“互联网+”在篇名中进行检索，2015年共有48篇相关研究论文（检索日期：2015年12月24日），主要讨论了“互联网+”时代图书馆的基本特征、应对措施、发展策略、建设路径、创新转型、阅读推广等领域[4-6]，但作为“互联网+图书馆”核心技术支撑的软件基础设施还未见专门论述。近几年出现的下一代图书馆服务平台已经带有了明显的“互联网+”特征，结合当前图书馆服务平台发展现状的分析，讨论未来图书馆服务平台的建设及其影响下“互联网+图书馆”的发展具有很强的实践意义。 　　1 “互联网+图书馆”发展思
