摘 要 2519高强铝合金是一种新型装甲材料，具有比较高的比强度和比刚度以及良好的加工和力学性能，其优点是其在抗弹性能不低于原7039装甲铝合金前提下，在海水及盐雾环境下的抗应力腐蚀性能明显提高，到目前为止是制造轻型装甲战车的比较理想的材料。铝合金装甲在生产过程中通常采用电弧焊的方法进行连接，但是焊接过程中存在问题，比如热裂倾向大、气孔敏感性高等问题，同时2519铝合金对焊接热输入还比较敏感，如果工艺规范控制不当接头组织会发生变化，并且影响焊缝及热影响区的性能，从而严重降低了焊接结构件的总体强度和使用寿命，这些种种特点使得2519铝合金在国内目前还没有得到推广和应用。炮塔装甲构件通常都有点厚大（厚度达20-80mm） ，用常规弧焊方法进行连接，生产效率非常低。而双丝GMAW焊方法是近年来新推出的焊接方法，和普通单丝GMAW焊相比，双丝焊具有以下特点，焊接效率高、热影响区小、低飞溅和低气孔率等，它适用于厚板铝合金装甲的生产。 本次论文选用材料2519高强度铝合金，针对2519高强铝合金厚板双丝GMAW焊接工艺进行探索和研究。探讨焊接接头组织性能，力学性能等试验方法，分析焊接接头的宏观形貌、显微组织、机械力学性能和焊缝析出相。 关键词：2519高强度铝合金；GMAW焊接；组织；力学性能 Abstract 2519 high strength aluminum alloy is a new type of armor materials, has a relatively high specific strength and specific stiffness and good processing and mechanical properties, its advantage is its resistance to aluminum alloy on the premise of not less than the original 7039 armor, under the environment of sea water and salt fog obviously improve the stress corrosion resistance, so far is the ideal material to make light armored vehicles.Aluminum alloy armor in the process of production is usually adopt the method of arc welding to connect, but problems exist in the process of welding, such as cracking tendency, stomatal sensitivity is high, and 2519 aluminum alloy is sensitive to welding heat input is, if the improper control of process specification joint organization change, and affect the performance of weld seam and heat affected zone, thus severely reduces the overall strength and service life of the welded structure, these features make 2519 aluminum alloy in domestic is still didnt get the promotion and application.Turret armor components are usually a bit heavy (20-80 - mm) in thickness, connect with conventional arc welding method, the production efficiency is very low.
