南京化工职业技术学院 毕业设计 课 题 系 部 教研室 电子商务教研室 专 业 年 级 学 号 1104020102 姓 名 导 师 定稿日期： 2014年4月10日 摘要 【内容摘要】：快递业是起源于20世纪60年代末的一项新兴产业，它以商务文件、小包裹?为主要递送对象，以迅速、安全、高效、门到门、实时核查等为特征，建立一套与传统邮政体系不同的运作模式。随着经济全球化的发展,迫使工商企业对物流企业提出了更高的标准,它要求物流企业能够为其提供快速、有效的物流服务。快递公司一般都有货物集中中转点。对于顺丰速运来说，每个业务区都有中转场，其作用是对进出港的快件进行分拨、调件。本设计运用管理学知识和收集的部分数据资料，分析了顺丰南京仙林中转场的运作管理过程中拣配运作流程等问题，以及针对问题提出现场管理措施并进行运作管理的优化设计。 【关键词】： 顺丰 中转场 流程优化 Abstract Content in this paper :Express industry originated in the late 1960 of the 20th century, a new industry, its business documents, parcels, as the main object of delivery, rapid, safe, effective, door-to-door, real-time verification for the characteristics established differ from the traditional postal systems mode of operation.
