Φ244.5×11.99mm N80偏梯形螺纹套管固井失效分析 摘 要：在油田生产中，套管起着保护井眼、加固井壁、隔绝井眼中的油、气、水层及封固各种复杂地层的作用。保持油井正常生产，套管柱在油气田开发中经受长期考验。在下井及固井过程，套管柱承受外挤力、内压力和轴向拉伸三种外载。某油田固井施工中使用某厂生产的φ244.5×11.99mmN80偏梯形螺纹套管，作业过程中发现距井口723m及1670m两处套管柱发生泄露。经井下超声波照相检测，以上两处套管内壁均存在纵向裂纹缺陷，且距离接箍部位较近。对于上述问题，生产厂认为，该批套管是经过检验符合API标准出厂的；但油田认为，由于受工厂管理水平影响，存在该批套管出厂前有可能漏检，而且，该批套管到货后，由于未进行严格的商品检验及下井前的生产检验，故发生泄漏的两部位套管管体内壁很有可能存在漏检的超标缺陷（如折叠或裂纹等），并在固井试压过程中发生管体纵向破裂，导致水泥浆短路。本文即在该批套管检验的基础上，通过断裂力学分析，确定套管导致泄漏的临界缺陷尺寸，为事故性质判定提供参考。 关键词：N80套管；失效分析；断裂力学；有限元 Φ244.5X11.99mm N80 Buttress thread casing cementing Failure Analysis Abstract: In the oil field production, casing role in preserving the well bore, reinforced wall, isolated well in the eyes of the oil, gas and water layers, and plugging and sealing of the complex formation effect.
