盾构法施工毕业设计要点解析.pdf

摘 要 目前，国内外地铁施工方法主要有明挖施工法、盖挖施工法和暗挖施 工法。暗挖施工法包括钻爆法、盾构法、浅埋暗挖法等。其中盾构法是将 盾构机械在地中推进，通过盾构外壳和管片支承四周围岩防止发生往隧道 内的坍塌，同时在开挖面前方用切削装置进行土体开挖，通过出土机械运 出洞外，靠千斤顶在后部加压顶进，并拼装预制混凝土管片，形成隧道结 构的一种机械化施工方法。 本设计以合川路站～虹梅路站区间为实例，采用盾构法进行施工。详 细计算隧道荷载和管片内力，最终进行管片配筋和裂缝宽度验算。 关键词：盾构法；管片；配筋；施工组织 1 Abstract Methods of subway construction at home and abroad mainly includes open cut method, covered excavation and excavation so far. Excavation includes DrillingBlasting method, Shieldtunnel construction as well as shallow mining method.Shieldtunnel method is a mechanized constructive way to form a tunnel by pushing through the ground using shield machine. This method can prevent the collapse of the tunnel by shifting the pressure to the machine itself and offering a strut by the pipes. At the same time the machine will cut out the ground by its topping mechanism. Followed by a unearthed machinery carrying the earth out of the tunnel. The lifting jack offers the power from the back of the machine. Whats more the concrete segment need to be put up. This design was an example of construction by shield method. It covers HeChuan Road subway station and HongMei Road subway station. The calculation of tunnel load and the internal pressure of duct pieces are detailed calculated. Lastly this paper double calculate the width of reinforcement of segment and the fracture.
