毕业设计（论文） 题目： 工程造价管理全过程控制的重要性 姓 名： 专 业： 工程管理 学 院： 继续教育学院 学习形式： 自考 助学单位： 指导教师： 梁艳波 2015年2月 工程造价管理全过程控制的重要性 摘要 工程造价管理是建设工程的重要组成部分，而工程造价、成本管理是企业发展的根本条件之一。工程造价的高低，直接反映着投资效益的好坏，充分体现了建设项目的工作质量和管理水平。在工程建设中，只有把造价管理工作作为一项核心工作，才能真正降低工程造价，提高经济效益。尤其是实行建设项目法人负责制， 加大了项目法人对建设项目工程造价的责任和风险，客观上要求对建设项目实行全过程造价管理。与传统的基于资源消耗的相对静态的造价确定方法是不同的。工程项目全过程造价管理要求在确定造价时，首先从分析项目具体活动与具体活动过程入手，然后依据开展项目活动的过程和开展项目所用的技术方法与工效水平去确定项目的资源消耗以及占用，最终定出项目的工程造价。因此这就需要社会在采取宏观控制的前提下，要求施工企业在实践中总结经验、吸取教训、开创出适于自身并能不断发展的成本管理方法。 关键词:管理， 过程， 控制 Ying wen ti mu Abstract Project cost management is an important part of the construction project, the project cost, cost management is the basic condition of enterprise development.
