PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT26 中国农业大学学士学位 摘要 II 摘 要 房地产业是整个国民经济的重要组成部分，它的发展既受到国民经济的制约，又能够促进国民经济持续、快速、健康的发展，在整个国民经济中属于基础性、先导性的产业。房地产行业在2013年势头强劲，但随着国家新出台的“国五条”、房屋契约税等宏观打压政策，同时面临2013年中国经济下行严重的一年，对于整个行业而言都是十分严峻的。本文通过对A公司的分析，来分析了解国家房地产政策乃至整个行业的、发展趋势。 本文的行文目的主要是为了研究现阶段A公司在房地产行业当中所处的竞争地位及未来发展。通过收集万科、中海外、中粮3家典型企业的基本资料，在基本数据、战略取向、薪酬及培训方式等方面进行对比分析，从中寻找A公司的不足，最后，通过SWOT分析法的维度出发，对A公司的现状进行分析，并提出未来发展的相关意见。 关键词：房地产 国家政策 SWOT分析 典型企业 A公司 中国农业大学学士学位 目录 Abstract The real estate industry is an important part of the whole national economy, its development is restricted by the national economy, and to promote the development of the national economy lasts, fast, healthy, is a basic, leading the industry in the national economy.
