College ofChem icalEngineering, Q ingdaoUniversity, Q ingdao, Shandong 266071, China) Abstract: The effects of additives, calcination temperature and tmi e on alkali contentof coal cinder, yielded from catalyticgasification of eightkinds of anthracite, havebeen first exam ined using the static calcination method in a laboratorialhigh temperature furnace. The results indicate that theoptmi um de - alkali additive of the eightkinds of coalcinder iskaoline, under adding 5% kaoline in the coal cin der and calcination temperature: 870 for 30~ 40m inutes, the de- alkali rate can be raised up to 100%, therefore the harm less treatm ent of alkali coal cinder can be achieved.
