This design still adopted the traditional preparing methods, which mainly include earlier handle of material, extracting, condensing, granulating, drying, pelletizing, filling, polishing and other processes. Mainly includes production process design, workshop layout design, process water design, including the process design of the proposed design conditions, such as plant layout, plant arrangement, and instrumentation layout, water production plant layout. Concretely includes the design basis, the scope of design, process route selection, selection of equipment and material selection, selection of product solutions. Determined on the basis of the process, the material balance, material balance form were drawn, standard equipment choice and selection were completed, all the equipment were finalized, equipment list were painted. Process raw materials and utilities systems on the basis of material balance were calculated, the production analysis to choice the arrangement of the type were determined and section of the workshop production were constructed, transportation and storage of raw materials, products. Completed the process of accounting for (technology investment, product cost) based on a condition of process design. The final draw was a process flow diagram of the control points and layout drawing of workshop. The design notes of oral solid preparation workshop mainly includes the methods of preparations solid production, process flow, working system, material balance, equipment selection, processing set-up and cost accounting.
