摘要 TB型链，用于输送堆积密度小于2t/m3的中、大块磨琢性物料，温度不超过250℃。 本次毕业设计设计的TB250型提升的高度为20米，输送能力为35t/h。所运的物料为较大块的、有磨琢性的流动性不好的物料，物料的密度为1.5t/m3。 本斗式提升机采用流入式、掏取式、混合式中的流入式装载，离心式、重力式、混合式中的重力式卸载。张紧方式采用螺旋式、弹簧式、重锤式三种张紧方式中的弹簧式。 由电动机、减速器、逆止器或制动器及联轴器组成驱动装置。驱动主轴上装有链轮。为了使结构更加紧凑，进一步节省占地面积，采用直连式电动机，即电动机与减速器直接相联，还采用了带制动轮式联轴器，以达到代替逆止器的作用。 提升机的斗距为200mm，斗容为3md3，料斗运行速度为0.5m/s，主轴转速为24.71r/min。 为了出现故障时使拆卸更加的方便，在斗式提升机的上部设置了一块可拆的挡板。为了使轴承的定位更加的方便，选用了带座的外球面球轴承。在上部，轴承及电动机的下部均设置了支架来固定轴承及电动机。 关键词 : 斗提机；滚子链；链轮；逆止器 Abstract This graduation designs the TB250 type plank type set tube of design to roll the son chain Bucket Elevator to lift the height that the machine promote as 15 meters, Transport the ability is a 20 t/ h. The material carry for compare the big piece of, whet carve mobility not good of material, the density of the material is 1.4 ts/ m3. This type bucket elevator promote the machine adoption flows into the type, take type of drawing out , the admixture type of afflux type load, leave the heart type, gravity type, the gravity in the admixture type to unload. Bring to the stretch the spiral type, spring coil type, heavy hammer type of the way adoption three kinds of bring to the stretch the spring coil type in the way. From the electric motor, decelerate the machine, negative machine or make to move the machine and join stalk machines to constitute to drive the device. Drive the principal axis to have the chain round up.Structure for make more tightly packed, further save to cover the area, the adoption keep even the type electric motor, namely electric motor and decelerate the machine directly and mutually jioned , still adopted to take to make to move a type jioning stalk machine, to attain replace negative the function of the machine. The bucket that promotes the machine is apart from for the 200 mms, the bucket permits for the 3 md3s, anticipating the bucket movement speed as 0.5 ms/ s, the principal axis turn is a 24.71 rs/ min soon.
