北京信息科技大学 毕业设计（论文） 题目：基于PLC与变频器的交流调速控制系统 学院：自动化学院 专业：电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名：王哲 班级/学号：电气0801/2008010931 指导老师/督导老师：付晓辉 起止时间：2012年00月00日至2012年00月00日摘要 随着电力电子技术和自动控制技术的日益发展，电动机的调速已经从继电器控制时代发展到今天的由变频器控制调速。且在工业各个领域中得到了极为广泛的应用。在现在的工业自动化控制系统中，最为常见的是由PLC控制变频器实现电动机的调速控制。该方法主要通过程序来控制电动机的变频调速，从而实现了自动控制。 本文所研究的交流电机调速系统采用PLC来控制变频器调速，充分发挥可编程控制器的高可靠性、灵活性、通用性、扩展性等优点，通过PLC的开关量输入输出模块控制变频器的多功能输入端、实现电机的多级调速，期间并通过RS485传输技术建立PLC与变频器的PROFIBUSP-DP通讯进而完成PLC控制变频器调速系统的方案设计和全部的控制系统设计。 关键词：变频器；可编程控制器；PROFIBUSP-DP通讯 Abstract Along with the power electronic technology and the development of automatic control technology, the motor speed from relay control the development of The Times has to todays speed is controlled by frequency converter. In this paper, the study by AC motor speed control system using PLC to control the frequency converter speed control,programmable logic controller and give fullplay to the high reliability，flexibility,versatility，scalability，etc,through the PLC switches to control the volume of input and output modules multi-functional inverter input to achieve the multi-stage motor speed control,during the RS485 transmission technology through the establishment of the PLC and inverter PROFIBUSP-DP communication to complete the PLC control program inverter speed control system design and all of the control system design.
