Then show the students a map. T: Look, What’s this? Ss: It’s a map. T: Right. It’s a chinese map. Now, National Day is coming. What are you doing on National Day? Students try to list as many activities as they can. [此活动在于给学生一个热身的机会，同时也让他们复习各类活动的表达。] Step 2 T: I have a friend Leo. He wants to go to somewhere in China. Can you give him some advice? Students work in groups. They can work in group of five. One of them act as Leo. The other four try to give their own advice. L: Hello, I’mLeo. I’m new here, but I want to visit some places of interest in China. What can I do in China? S1: Welcome to China. Maybe you can go to the west. It is very beautiful.
