高等教育自学考试质量技术监督管理专业 毕 业 设 计 题 目:质量管理在食用油生产中的应用研究 专 业: 质量技术监督管理 考 号: 400110171010 考生姓名: 陈文秀 指导教师: 王晓玲 哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 2012年2月24日质量管理在食用油生产中的应用研究 摘 要 质量管理遵循着三个基本原理即人本原理、过程监督原理和体系管理原理，以及八项基本原则即以顾客为关注焦点、领导作用、全员参加、过程方法、管理的系统方法、持续改进、基于事实的决策方法、与供方互利的关系来提高公司的管理体制，使公司正常运营，获得最大的利润和最长久的发展。 质量管理是指在质量方面指挥和控制组织的协调的活动。与质量有关的活动，通常包括质量方针和质量目标的建立、质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等。所以，质量管理就是确定和建立质量方针、质量目标及职责，并在质量管理体系中通过质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等手段来实施和实现全部质量管理职能的所有活动。 影响食用油的生产主要有人、机、料、法、环五个因素，这五个因素充分符合质量管理的基本原理和原则，直接影响着食用油生产的发展，因此，应在结合食用油生产发展所处的市场环境，从这五个方面考虑公司的运营，加强对食用油生产过程整体的管理，使得食用油的生产得以长久的运行下去。 关键词 质量管理；市场环境；影响因素Quality management in the research and application of edible oil production Abstract The quality control is following three basic principles is human this principle, the process monitoring principle and the system management principle, as well as eight basic principles namely take the customer as the attention focal point, the leading role, the whole staff participate in, the process method, the management system approach, improve, based on the fact policy-making method, are continually enhance the company with supplier mutual benefit doing the management system, is the company normal operation, obtains the biggest profit and the most long-time development.
