Methods: First the 60 patients with Stage IV Diabetic Nephropathy were asked for a two-week elution period,and then were randomly divided into two groups with the ratio of 1:1 according to the order of the clinic,the experiment group and the control group.Patients in the experiment group(30 cases) were administered with traditional Chinese medicineYi Qi Tong Luo（YQTL200ml per time, twice times a day) ,while those in the control group(30 cases)treated with Losartan capsule（80mg,qd）.Total therapeutic course was 12 weeks,and then the changs of urinory proteion per 24hrs，kidney function, blood lipid, fibrinogen and the d-dimer, c-reactive protein,the efficacy of Chinese medicine for individual symptoms of DN, total efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms and the total clinical effects of the patients were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results: After the treatment, the CHO, LDL of the patients were significantly reduced in the experiment group(P0.01),while TG was lower(P0.05),HDL was highter（P0.05）.The CHO, LDL were reduced in the control group(P0.05),but the reduction of TG,HDL were of no statistical significance(P0.05). While compared with the control group after the treatment, the reduction of CHO in the experiment group was significantly reduced (P0.01), and the reduction of LDL was of statistical significance (P0.05).The c-reactive protein of the patients in the experiment group was lower after the treatment(P0.05),while in the c
