摘  要  对外直接投资  FDI 在近十几年来的迅猛发展给全球经济注入了活力  这种发  展不仅表现为量上的增长 更表现为许多对外直接投资新类型的出现 然而 对外直 接投资理论的研究和发展却显得相对滞后 对于新出现的交叉投资或逆向投资等对外 直接投资形式 已有的对外直接投资理论并没有给出很好地解释 在众多理论中 仍 缺乏一种能够让学术界普遍认同的对外直接投资理论 基于资源基观点 RBV 对厂商所下定义 即厂商是一系列通过内部化能力联接  起来的生产性资源和能力的集合体  本文通过引入  经济租  的概念  提出并论证  了厂商为实现利润最大化目标而进行的对外扩展活动等同于厂商追寻其所掌握资源 和能力经济租的行为 藉此为本篇论文演绎的展开及后续内容的分析与阐述构建了理 论上的出发点 从基于经济租的对外直接投资理论出发 本文采用经典微观经济学中的成本收益 比较法 进一步对厂商进行跨国经营活动的前提条件以及进行此类活动时对三种不同 方式的选择依据展开了分析和讨论 最后 本文利用前面所构建的基于经济租的对外直接投资理论 分析和阐释了传 统理论中没有得到很好解释的一些对外直接投资行为 通过引入经济租的对称性特 征 外部性特征和租值耗散过程 分别解释了大量发生在发达国家间的交叉投资行为 从相对落后的发展中国家指向发达国家的逆向投资行为 和跨国公司间广泛建立的战 略联盟行为  关键词  国际直接投资理论  经济租  交叉投资  逆向投资  外部化  I Abstract In recent decades, the rapid development of FDI gave a shot in the arm of the global economy. This is not merely from the respect of gross, yet from the emergence of several new kinds of FDI activities. Meanwhile, in the academic field, the research and development of the theory of FDI is relatively lag behind, thus leaving the newly-emerged kinds of FDI remaining inexplicable, such as cross- investment and counter-investment. Amongst the numerous existent FDI theories, it is still impossible to find a persuasive one to converge all the others. From the Resource Based View, the firm is a collection of productive resources and capabilities that are linked by its internalization ability. Based on this view and after introducing the conception of Economic Rent, it is initiated and demonstrated in this paper that the outspread activities of the firm under the aim of profit maximization is equivalent to that of the firm to exploit the E.R. of its possessed resources and capabilities, which paves the way for the deduction and analysis of the following parts of this paper. Furthermore, on the basis of the E.R. Based View of FDI theory, I analyze the conditions needed for the firm to start the transnational activities and the causes for it to choose a certain means to commit such activities in this thesis by the method of cost
