JIU JIANG UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 题 目 市医院人事管理系统 英文题目Personnel Management System of City Hospital 院 系 信息科学与技术学院 专 业 计算机科学与技术 姓 名 缪会玲 班级学号 A081141 指导教师 王超 二○一二年五月 摘 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，利用计算机实现企业人事管理势在必行。对于大中型企业来说，利用计算机支持企业高效率完成劳动人事管理的日常事务，是适应现代企业制度要求、推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件；而且人事管理又是一项非常烦琐的事情，数量之大，福利核算极其不便。 通过对市医院人事管理系统的设计与实现，目前完成了医院人事对员工基本信息、部门基本信息、奖惩记录等信息的录入修改和删除功能，员工每天上下班签到和签离时考勤情况的录入功能、员工在线请假功能、根据员工的出勤情况自动计算每月的工资情况。 系统选择了JSP（Java Server Pages） + SQL Server 2000 Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology, using computer enterprise personnel management is imperative.
