本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 大中型企业财务管理模式问题的理论与案例研究 系 别 管理系 学生姓名 专 业 财务管理 班 级 学号 指导教师 2015 年 6 月 摘 要 大中型企业作为一个整体，对各国家的经济发展做出了突出贡献。在经济全球化的时代，越来越多的国家重视大中型企业的作用。虽然大中型企业在推动国家经济发展有很重要作用，但许多大中型企业单纯追求销量和市场份额的相当大的部分，忽视了财务管理的核心地位。管理意识是刚性的，企业管理局限于生产经营的管理结构，企业财务管理和风险控制的作用没有得到充分发挥，导致其对大中型企业的负面影响信贷融资渠道。原因是缺乏有效的财务管理支持。因此，深化金融改革，探索金融潜力，提高财务管理水平，改革财务管理的运作模式，建立财务管理模式适合中国大中型企业的现状是当务之急。 关键词：大中型企业，财务管理模式，预算管理，财务控制  ABSTRACT Large and medium-sized enterprises as a whole, the economic development of countries have made outstanding contributions. With the development of economic globalization, more and more countries pay attention to the role of large and medium sized enterprises.
