Especially its development on the application of the low-intensity laser irradiation in nasal cavity is at high speed. This dissertation introduces the composition and working principle of the semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus both in hardware and software. The power of the apparatus is supplied by the DC adapter and Li-ion rechargeable battery. UPD78F9234 MCU as intelligence control chip is used to control the working of the apparatus, the NCP551 chip is used to provide a stable voltage for the apparatus, the LTC4054 chip is used to provide Li-ion battery charge and discharge management, integrated op-amp chip LM324DT is used to constitute current drive circuit to control the power of the laser output, In order to protect the laser tube, slow-start soft protection is provided by the RC circuit.
