富士康集团员工工作压力研究 摘 要 从2010年3月到2012年1月，富士康集团的深圳、烟台、昆山、大连等子公司发生22起员工自杀和猝死事件，共造成19人死亡3人受伤。这一事件引起了社会各界的广泛关注，人们普遍认为，富士康集团的管理制度和用工方式造成了员工工作压力过大，是导致这些悲剧发生的主要原因。目前富士康集团员工面临较大的工作压力问题；但是在压力应对方面，员工个人缺乏工作压力应对技巧；组织层面的压力应对方式很仅局限，缺乏正式的压力评估与管理体系。针对富士康集团员工目前的工作压力状况，应该从以下3个方面采取缓解其员工工作压力的管理对策：（1）员工个人应该改变对工作压力的认知模式，积极面对工作压力并找到解决的方法；（2）组织方面，取消不合理的管理制度，实施人性化的管理方式，改善工作环境。（3）职能部门应充分发挥监督作用，要求企业按照法律法规的规定组织日常的生产经营活动。 关键词：工作压力；富士康科技集团；工作压力源 Abstract During the period from March in 2010 to January in 2012, the branch companies of the giant Taiwan enterprise FOXCONN GROUP in Shenzhen, Yantai, Kunshan, etc. had occurred the suicide and sudden deaths of 22 staff members, resulted in 19 deaths and 3 injured. This incident attracted the extensive attention from all circles of the society, many people took the conviction that the management system and working style caused great pressure among the staff, was the main reason for these tragedies. Staff in FOXCONN GROUP is facing relatively great pressure at present. To tackle the pressure, the staff lack of the technical measures expects the instinct response. When it comes to the organization layer related pressure, lack of the official pressure assessment and management system. At last, based on the knowledge of the pressure situation among the staff in FOXCONN GROUP, we put forward the following measures to relieve the working pressure. Firstly, the company and staff improve the ability to ease work pressure. Secondly, the origination should abolish the unreasonable managerial principles and change the staff’s work environment. Thirdly, functional departments should play the role of supervise and management to operate the company within the boundary of law and rules.
