摘 要
21世纪是城市的世纪，城市开发区发展对中国经济发展将起决定性作用。而城市功能是城市发展之本，其转型发展影响决定着城市的盛衰存亡。城市功能是指城市这种特定的组织形式对经济文化等社会活动产生的影响及发挥的作用；城市功能具有整体性、结构性、层次性和开放性等特征。城市空间结构是城市要素在空间范围内的分布和组合状态，是城市经济结构、社会结构的空间投影，是城市社会经济存在和发展的空间形式。The 21st century is the century of cities, urban development zones in Chinas economic development will play a decisive role. The city is the urban development of this function, its transformation and development of the citys rise and fall of life and death decisions. Urban functions is the organization of the city this particular form of economic and cultural impact of social activities and play a role; city functions with integrity, structure, hierarchy and openness features. Urban spatial structure is the urban element of the distribution in space and composition within the state, is the urban economic structure, social structure of the space projection, is the social and economic existence and development of urban spatial form.
