题 目： 德国、荷兰的合作金融体系及对我国农村 金融改革的借鉴意义 学 院： 经济管理学院 专 业： 技术经济及管理 学 号： 2014106049 姓 名： 欧阳纬清 2015 年 6月 30日 德国、荷兰的合作金融体系及对我国农村金融改革的借鉴意义 摘 要：农业是国民经济的基础，金融是现代经济的核心。发展农村经济，建设现代农业离不开农村金融的支撑。德国是世界农村合作金融组织的发源地，德国合作金融组织也是目前欧洲最大的合作金融系统。荷兰作为欧洲重要的农业强国，有完善的中央、地方两级银行独立经济体。积极研究借鉴德国和荷兰的农村合作金融的成功模式，对促进我国农村金融改革具有重要意义。我国农村金融体系存在诸多问题，2015年李克强总理在《政府工作报告》中指出，围绕服务实体经济推进金融改革，深化农村信用社改革，稳定其县域法人地位以及大力发展普惠金融，确保所有市场主体都能享受金融服务的雨露甘霖。因此，农村金融改革已经放到国家战略层面，改革迫在眉睫。 关键词 德国的合作银行体系 荷兰的合作银行体系 农村金融改革 普惠金融 Germany and Netherlands’ cooperative financial system and significance for the Rural Finance Reform in China Abstract: Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, finance is the core of modern economy. Development of the rural economy, the construction of modern agriculture can not do without the support of rural finance. Germany is the birthplace of the worlds rural cooperative financial institutions, the German cooperative financial organization is currently Europes largest cooperative financial system. Netherlands as an important agricultural power in Europe, a perfect central and local levels, the bank independent economic body. Actively study from Germany and the Netherlands successful model of rural cooperative financial, to promote the reform of rural finance is important.Chinas rural financial system exist many problems, in 2015 Prime Minister Li Keqiang in the Government Work Report that promote financial reform focus on serving the real economy, deepen the reform of rural credit cooperatives, to stabilize their legal status and the county to develop an inclusive financial, to ensure that all market the body can enjoy rain showers financial services.
