河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计题目：年产140万件卫生陶瓷厂釉料车间工艺布置 学生姓名： 学 号：200815250121 专业班级：08q材料一班 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年5月24日 摘 要 本设计说明书是按照设计任务书的要求，对年产140万件的卫生陶瓷厂进行设计，重点设计釉料车间。首先，概述卫生陶瓷的生产历史并对前景做了简单叙述，阐明了卫生陶瓷的优良性能；其次，确定设计方案，包括厂址的选择，工厂总平面的工艺流程布置以及釉料车间工艺流程设计，在进行原料车间设计时我们严格按工艺要求把其布置在原料仓库、原料堆场和成型车间附近方便管理及运输；再次，叙述选用原料的性质和作用，在配方的选择上借鉴其它几个工厂的实例再结合设计的特点选用了优质粘土、石英、长石为主的原料使之达到要求，并用差减法计算坯料和釉料的配方，对全厂进行物料平衡计算及工艺参数的确定 ；最后，根据设备选用的原则完成设备选型以及车间设备布置，力求车间工艺设计流程顺畅，布置合理紧凑，保证生产正常进行，满足生产需要。 关键词:卫生陶瓷厂；物料衡算；设备选型；坯料车间；工艺布置 Abstract The design specification is in accordance with the requirements of the design task book, the annual output of 1.4 million sanitary ceramics factory design, focusing on design glaze workshop. First, an overview of the production of sanitary ceramics history and prospects to do a simple narrative, illustrates the excellent performance of sanitary ceramics; Second, determine the design, including choice of site, factory master plan process layout and glaze workshop process design, during the workshop materials designed in strict accordance with the technological requirements of its layout in the storage of raw materials, raw material yard and near the molding workshop, to facilitate the management and transport; again, describes the nature and role of the selection of raw materials, to learn from several other factories in the formula of choice instances of combined design features selected high-quality clay, quartz, feldspar, mainly raw materials to meet the requirement, and differential subtraction to calculate the stock and glaze formulations, material balance calculation and the determination of process parameters on the whole plant; the complete selection of equipment and workshop equipment layout, according to the principles of equipment selection and smooth strive workshop process design process, is reasonably arranged, compact, to ensure normal production to meet production needs.
