毕 业 设 计 （论文） 论文题目：国有股份制银行内部控制和风险管理制度的完善 专 业： 会计学 摘 要 随着经济的迅速发展，我国国有商业银行业也在经历着十分重大的挑战，银行业一直作为金融业最核心的组成部分，它的发展将直接影响到我国企业与经济的发展。银行业既是整个金融行业的基础，也关系到人们的生活状态。作为我国国民经济的主体之一，我们更是不容忽视它的发展。近几年来，我国国有商业银行进行了改革，想股份制转变。但在改革的过程中也产生了许多问题，由于只是形式上进行了转变，但是在内部控制和风险管理的体系建设上，并没有相应的进行变革。 本文紧紧围绕“内部控制与风险管理”这一个研究主题，首先分析国外先进的内部控制和风险管理的体系，然后从国内实际出发，分析了我国存在的一些问题，并提出了解决方法。本文首先分析了我国国有商业银行面临的一些挑战，提出了注重内部控制与风险管理的重要性，其次分析国外先进的内部控制和风险管理体系，作为我国内部控制与风险管理的借鉴。在第五部分，用中国农业银行作为具体的案例，并对其进行分析，更加详细的介绍了改革中出现的新的问题，并提出了改革意见。本文最终的目的在于分析内部控制与风险管理在整个银行经营中的重要性，结合我国存在的实际问题提出改善办法。 关键词： 国有商业银行； 国有股份制商业银行； 内部控制； 风险管理 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economic, it is china’s state-owned commercial banks who is facing the great challenges for the reason that the banks have play an important role in the whole finance industry as an core factor. Its development will directly have an effect on enterprises of our country and the economic development. The banking industry is not only the foundation of the whole finance but also the key point of the people’s lives. As the mainstay of our national economy, we must not ignore the development of the banks. In recent years, the state-owned commercial banks of our country have changed into share-holding system. But in the other side, we have found some problems which are about internal control and risk management. This paper talks about the internal control and risk management. On this point, we give some suggestions about the improvement of the internal control and risk management system thinking about our national’s actual situation. This paper analyzes the challenges which the china’s state-owned commercial bank will be faced. After analysising the advanced internal control and risk management system from the foreign commercial bank, we should pay more attention on the internal control and risk managements.
