基于Google Earth和ArcGIS的地理信息系统的设计与实现 作者姓名：高斌 专业班级：信息与计算科学 2007070203 指导教师：徐松浦 摘 要 本论文详细研究了基于地学浏览器的地理信息系统的理论及技术应用。分析了基于Google Earth和ArcGIS组件的地理信息系统的结构，并在此基础上按照需求进行详细设计。采用Google公司提供的公用接口Google Earth API，结合ArcGIS Engine插件，以Visual Studio 2008为开发环境，利用C#编写程序，开发出一款综合了Google Earth“数字地球”展示功能和ArcGIS空间分析功能的地理信息系统。该系统首先调入Google Earth，可实时定点查询地理位置，然后读取KML文件，对KML文件进行如缓冲区分析，路径查询等空间分析功能，最后将分析结果展示在Google Earth界面上。系统的应用极大地增强了地理信息系统的数字地图展示与空间分析功能的结合，为部门的决策提供详实而准确的信息Design and Realization of Geographic Information System on Google Earth and ArcGIS Abstrat Detailed study of this paper to learn browser-based geographic information systems theory and technology.
