Training attendance
对于任何必须参加的正规培训,人力资源部会通过备忘录的形式将培训安排发放至各部门。
For any compulsory formal training, Human resources department through a memorandum in the form of training arrangements will be sent to every department.
部门经理负责将培训提名表提交至人力资源部。
Department manager is responsible for the nomination forms will be submitted to the HR.
参训员工必须亲自在签到表上签名, 并不得代签。
The staff must be personally signed on the sign-on watch, may not replace other signature.
员工如果不能参加培训,必须由本部门经理提前两个小时通知培训部,并填写《培训请假单》
If staff could not participate in training, must be notice of the Training Department and approved by the department manager before two hours,and fill in “Training Excuse Form”
及时恰当的请假是员工的责任并且不得由别人代请。员工即便在休息日也应该参加安排好的培训
On time to the leave is the responsibility of employees. Leave shall not be replaced by other one. Staff should also take part in it was arranged training in the day of rest.
对于未经部门经理批准的任何缺席将等同于上班缺勤,并由相关部门下过失单。
Any absence without the approval of the department manager, it would be equivalent to work has been absent. by relevant departments under the mistake.
培训部每月汇总培训缺勤率。对于缺勤率超过10%的员工和月平均培训小时不足5小时的部门,相关部门经理须由人力资源总监面谈。
Training Department collects total training absenteeism monthly. For more than 10% of the absenteeism staff and training hours monthly average of 5 hours department, the HR director will talk about to the relevant department manager.
