潮汕职业技术学院 毕业设计说明书 ****的成型工艺与模具设计2010级2013 年 月 日 摘 要 本文详细介绍了注塑成型的基本原理，包括浇铸系统、温度调节系统、顶出系统，用3D设计软件UG、PRO/E进行分模设计和模架设计。通过毕业设计可以对注塑模有一个初步的认识，处理设计中的细节问题。 毕业设计过程： 1).绘制产品2D、3D图，对塑件结构工艺性分析； 2).塑件注塑工艺条件的分析和选取，制定注塑工艺卡片； 3).初选注塑机规格，进行闭合高度，安装尺寸，开模行程，注塑量校核； 4).初选注塑模具标准模架，注塑模分型面的分析和确定； 5).每模型腔数目的选择及在分型面上的排列和布置的确定； 6).主流道、分流道、浇口的形式及位置的确定； 7).顶出机构的形式及顶出装置的设计； 8).模具和注塑机有关参数的校核（包括能力的校核和尺寸的校核）； 9).完成注塑模具的总装图； 10).设计并绘制注塑模零件图； 11).编写注塑模模仁加工工艺及模具设计说明书（配合插图）； 关键词：模具设计，注塑模具，塑料、UG、PRO/E模具设计，塑胶产品； Abstract In this paper introduces the fundamentals of injection molding, including casting system, temperature control system, the roof system, using 3D design software UG, PRO/E for die design and mold design. Through the curriculum design may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding, processing design details. Graduation design: 1). Drawing product 2D, 3D map, the structure of the plastic part process analysis; 2) . Plastic parts injection molding process analysis and selection, make the molding process card; 3). The primary injection molding machine specifications, were shut height, installation size, the opening stroke, the injection quantity check; 4). The primary standard injection mold mold, injection mold parting surface analysis and determine; 5) . Every model cavity number and the parting plane arrangement and layout determination; 6). The sprue, runner, gate of form and position determination; 7). The ejection mechanism and ejector device design; 8). The mold of injection molding machines and related parameters of the check (including the ability to check and check size ); 9). The complete injection mold assembly diagram; 10). Design and draw the injection mold parts diagram; 11) .
