云南省勐腊县中学教师师资状况研究 摘要 百年大计教育为本，教育是经济发展的基础，是一切富强民国经济发展和的重中之重。国民教育在国家各项社会事业中的基础性重要作用毋庸置疑，然而振兴教育的希望就离不开教师，教师是教育的灵魂，一个学校除了必须具备齐全的教学资源，还要有一支健全的师资队伍。学校的发展离不开教师、学生的教育离不开教师。一所学校想拥有一流的教育，就必须拥有一流的教师，建设高素质的教师队伍，是科教兴国的一项重大举措，能否建成一支政治坚定、业务精湛、师德高尚、结构合理、相对稳定的高素质中学教师队伍，决定着中学教育改革的成败。中学教师，是陪伴学生成长的关键时期。中学阶段的学生是青春期和叛逆的高峰时期，这时教师对学生的教育和影响极其深远。俗话说得好“基础不牢，地动山摇”。因此，加勐腊县中学教师队伍的建设是当前落实当地教育长期发展规划的刚要，是推进当地实施素质教育最迫切的、最重要的一项工作。 关键词：勐腊县 中学教师 师资队伍建设 问题 原因 建议 Abstract Long-term goal -oriented education , education is the foundation of economic development, is the Republic of China s economic development and prosperity of all the top priority .
