唐 山 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目：中国保险消费者权益保护问题研究 系 别： 经济管理系 班 级： 10金融保险专业一班 姓 名 学 号： 指 导 教 师： 2013年6月中国保险消费者权益保护问题研究 摘 要 保险行业是金融服务业，是信用行业，消费者对这个行业的信任关系到行业发展的根本。因而加强消费者权益保护是维护保险消费者信心的关键，是保险业发展的基石。但是，侵犯保险消费者权益的行为依然较为普遍。近年来，我国的保险业发展迅猛，在注重规模扩张和增长速度的同时，容易忽视对保险消费者合法权益的保护，致使保险消费纠纷不断上升。 本文试图从明确保险消费的特点、保险消费者权益的具体内容和保险消费者权益保护的指导思想、主要任务和重要意义出发，分析当前中国保险市场消费者权益保护的现状、问题及产生这些问题的原因，通过分析，对以上出现的问题提出了相应对策和建议。本文是对中国保险消费者权益保护问题研究，重点阐述了中国保险市场中保险消费者权益保护存在的问题以及解决对策，此文的意义在于能纠正中国保险行业在经营过程中的一些问题，从而有利于中国保险行业的健康发展，促进保险市场的活跃和稳步提升。 关键词：保险 消费者权益 消费者权益保护 China Insurance Consumer Protection Issues Abstract The insurance industry, the financial services industry, the credit industry, consumer trust in the industry related to the fundamental development of the industry.
