Price rise is filled with heart of every Chinese people. Because our country is a large country, the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions resources endowment and economic development level is different, between the urban residents consumption level and structure, regional differences are obvious. In order to better analysis of regional per capita net income of rural residents and its influencing factors, in this paper, using factor analysis and cluster analysis to classify the national 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and further analysis of Chinas urban residents consumption structure difference and its reason.
