以右下腹痛首诊的相关急腹症528例分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析右下腹痛首诊的住院病例，探讨右下腹痛的诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009-2014年528例右下腹痛首诊的急腹症住院患者，对病例的诊断和处理过程进行研究分析。结果：普外腹部外科疾病368例，占总病例数69.7%，其中，急性阑尾炎占87.0%，其他疾病占13.0%；妇科疾病76例，占总病例数14.4%，其中，宫外孕占56.6%，其他疾病占43.4%；泌尿外科疾病60例，占总病例数11.4%；皮肤科疾病5例，占总病例数0.9%；内科疾病19例，占总病例数3.5%。528例住院患者中，全部通过手术或内镜综合治疗或内科治疗治愈。结论：以右下腹痛首诊的相关急腹症，容易误诊，转移性右下腹痛并非急性阑尾炎特有。腹腔镜探查，在外科急腹症处理中可起到重要的诊断和治疗作用。多学科协作会诊，起到良好的效果。 中国论文网 /6/view-7255041.htm 　　【关键词】 右下腹痛； 急腹症； 转移性； 急性阑尾炎； 腹腔镜； 多学科协作 　　中图分类号 R656 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0013-03 　　Analysis of 528 Cases with Acute Abdominal Diseases of the Patient Whose Initial Visit with Right Low Abdominal Pains/FANG Yong-mu，CAI Zhen-qiang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：13-15 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the patients whose initial visit with right lower abdominal pain through the analysis of inpatients.Method：The diagnosis and treatment process of 528 cases with acute abdominal diseases of the patient whose initial visit with right low abdominal pains were analysed retrospectively from years 2009 to 2014.Result：The 368 cases of ordinary abdomen surgical diseases were taken up 69.7% of the total，the acute appendicitis accounted for 87.0%，and the other diseases accounted for 13.0% of ordinary abdomen surgical.The 76 cases of gynecological diseases were taken up 14.4% of the total，the ectopic pregnancy accounted for 56.6%，and the other diseases accounted for 43.4% of of gynecology.The 60 cases of urology diseases were taken 11.4% of the total.The 5 cases of dermatology diseases were taken up 0.9% of the total.The 19 cases of medical diseases were taken up 3.5% of the total.All patients were cured with surgery or endoscope or medicine.Conclusion：The acute abdominal diseases of the patients whose initial visit with right low abdominal pains are easy to misdiagnose，because of its complexity and multitudinous.The transfer of right lower abdominal pain is by no means unique to the acute appendicitis.The
