蓝芩口服液佐治疱疹性咽峡炎的临床价值探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨蓝芩口服液佐治疱疹性咽峡炎的临床价值。方法：选取2011年3月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患者64例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。首先对两组患者进行口腔护理、补液、补充维生素C、热毒宁加利巴韦林抗病毒，高热予以抗生素以及相应的对症治疗，在此基础上予观察组患者口服蓝芩口服液，每天服用3次，3～6岁患者每次服用1支，3岁以下患者每次服用2/3支。治疗时间为5 d，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者共有25例显效，6例有效，1例无效，显效率为78.13%，治疗总有效率为96.88%。对照组患者共有19例显效，6例有效，7例无效，显效率为59.38%，治疗总有效率为78.13%。两组患者的总有效率和显效率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/view-7165097.htm 　　【关键词】 蓝芩口服液； 疱疹性咽峡炎； 临床治疗 　　中图分类号 R766.12 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）25-0022-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical value of Lan Qin Oral Liquid in the treatment of herpangina.Method：64 patients with herpangina in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected，they were randomly assigned for the observation group and the control group，32 cases in each group.
