近期万远期9万污水处理厂毕业设计精要.doc

摘 要 50km，8km2，风向以东北风（冬季）和南风（夏季）为主。本采用CASS工艺其污水处理流程如下：城市污水—中格栅—提升泵站—细格栅—旋流沉砂池—CASS生物池—紫外消毒渠—出水。出水水质达到一级标准B标准北碚污水处理厂分两期建设，处理规模，2012年为2.6万m3/d2020年为3.9万m3/d。污水厂远期占地3.2ha，绿化率为41.9%工程总投资3998.40万元，年总成本852.46万元，单位总成本为0.90元/m3，单位运行成本为0.45元/m3。 关键词：北碚城市排水工程，分流制，污水处理，CASS工艺  ABSTRACT Beibei is a located 50 km northweatern from the main urban area of Chongqing， area of 8 km2 for the main urban area. The population of Beibei in 2012 is 241 000 and is expected to be 290 000 in 2020. Beibei mainly displays in hilly topography and the Jialing River and other two brooks run across it. The dominant wind direction is a deflection of south wind, and the secondary is a deflection of northeaste. The drainage project of Beibei consists of two part, the drainage system and wastewater treatment plant. Separate sewage system is selected all over the area. Five interceptors (A、B、C、D、E). The discharged wastewater is collected by the sewage network and carried to the wastewater treatment plant by B, E interceptor. After proper disposal the treated water will be released into the Jialing River. The storm water is discharged into the river directly. The flood control standard is the high flood level which is expected to happen during fifty years. The drainage system is designed in the population scale in 2020.The total length of main sewage pipeline is 13.70km and the length of calculated main storm pipeline is 1.87km. Compared with Carrousel Wastewater treatment, the CASS Wastewater treatment is applied in Beibei. The treatment train is as follows: Inflow(Coarse Sreen Bar(Pump(Fine Sreen Bar( Rotational Flow Grit Chamber ( Anaerobic Tank( CASS ( UV disinfection channel (Outflow. The wasterwater after disposal will meet the criterion about the discharge of the town sewage treatment plant (GB18918-2002). Beibei WWTP will be constructed in two phases.
