Reading the employment statistics report of Hubei and China from the Mycos， the relation between the employment rate and the other main employment indicators is not positive correlation， and the employment data from the statistics of the music colleges and some music majors is paradox. The main reasons are the following， such as some think the employment rate and the quality of the jobs are the same; some don’t have in-depth analysis of the employment indicators’ relations; some are lack of knowing and considering about the employment ways after the culture system reform and so on.
