毕业设计 题 目 东远办公楼设计 学 院 土木建筑学院 专 业 土木工程 班 级 土木1009 学 生 学 号 指导教师 任锋 二〇一二 年 月 日摘 要 本工程为春成办公楼设计，建筑结构为钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。通过本次设计，使我们更加明确框架结构的组成、特点及设计步骤，能温固和整合四年所学的知识，为以后的工作和学习奠定好基础。 本建筑总建筑面积5015m2的五层建筑，层高均为3.6m。合理设置了办公室、接待室、会议室、卫生间等功能房间。本设计首先进行了建筑设计，然后完成了结构设计。结构设计中首先初步确定了梁柱尺寸，然后进行了荷载统计（包括恒载、活载、风载、地震荷载）。接着分别运用弯矩二次分配法D值法进行恒载、活载和风荷载、地震荷载作用下的内力计算。 然后对四种荷载作用下的内力计算结果进行内力组合，并根据强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯、强节点弱构件原则进行内力调整，根据内力组合结果选出最不利组合，进行配筋计算。最后完成了楼梯的设计配筋计算。同时采用PKPM软件进行电算，以保证计算结果的可靠性，并达到同手算结果对比分析的目的。 ：框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；荷载计算；内力组合 ABSTRACT This works is the spring into the design of office building, Building structure is the reinforced concrete frame structure. Through this design, we will make clear the frame structure of the composition, characteristics and design steps, It can warm solid and integration of the knowledge we learned in four yeads,and lay good foundation for the future work and learning. a total construction area of the five layer architecture construction is 5015m2, Floors are 3.6.I set the office, reception room, conference room, bathroom and other rooms. Then, I Internal force calculation of dead load, live load and wind loadthe seismic load using the moment two methods of distribution and the D value method. Then I am based on the four kinds of load calculation to combine internal forces, and adjust internal force on the basis of strong column and weak beam, strong shear weak bending, strong joint and weak member principle.
