高速铁路运输组织模式研究详解.docVIP

摘 要 随着经济的迅速发展，高速铁路的发展成了社会经济发展的必然产物。近几年来，我国的高速铁路网的建设已经进入高速发展的阶段，如何将高速铁路线、新建快速线以及既有提速线高效合理的组织成网并制定一套完美的运输方案，是关系到运输企业与旅客的切身利益的，也是高铁发展的必要条件。 高速铁路旅客列车开行模式选择方案的思路是从经济高效等方面对两种方案进行比选分析。论文首先分析了我国高速铁路本线和跨线客流组织情况和旅客出行的特点，根据我国快速客运网中目前的主要几种线路类型的衔接模式及特点，提出了直达和中转换乘模式，接着对两种开行模式的优缺点及适用条件进行了分析。然后，分别从运输企业的运输效用角度和旅客出行费用消耗的角度出发，建立了基于旅客出行费用的开行模式选择参数比选模型，在模型中对涉及到的参数进行实际的计算，得出几个衡量参数之间的关系，及对开行模式的影响。最后，对不同速度等级列车在高速铁路共线运行时的优缺点及速度匹配做了简单的分析，并对线路通过能力、天窗对开行模影响做了分析介绍。 关键词：开行模式；直达模式；中转换乘模式；速度匹配；夕发朝至 Abstract With the rapid economic development, the development of high-speed rail is the inevitable product of social and economic development. In recent years, the construction of Chinas high-speed rail network has entered a stage of rapid development, and how efficient and rational organization into a network and develop a perfect transport solution with the high- speed rail line, the new fast line and existing lines is the necessary condition for the development of high-speed rail and related to the vital interests of passengers and transport enterprises.
