MD40-150型多功能开沟机开沟机构设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 姓名：XX 指导教师：XX 摘要 多功能开沟机是工程机械的主要机种之一，广泛应用于农田水利建设、通讯电缆及石油管线的铺设、市政施工以及军事工程的建设。开沟机具有专用性强，设备投资少，可连续挖掘，工作效率高等特点，特别是对于窄而深的沟渠，挖沟机的优势更加明显。采用多功能连续型开沟机，可以提高开沟及回填效率，减少人力和物力浪费。 论文主要工作包括： 1.系统分析了国内外开沟机的发展现状和链式开沟机的研究现状基础上，确定了开沟机为回转链式开沟机。根据工作环境、农艺要求以及动力学分析结果，确定了整机前进速度、链速、生产率、切土阻力、切削功耗、总功耗、切削厚度等基本参数和整机的总体方案。 2.开展了链式开沟机结构设计。该机由挂接架、传动机构和开沟装置等主要部件组成。 关键词：多功能开沟机，挖沟机，开沟机构，挖沟器 Abstract Multifunctional ditcher is one of the main types of engineering machinery. It is widely used in construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy, communications cable and oil pipe laying, municipal construction and the construction of the military. Open ditch machines have specificity, they need less the equipment investment ,continuous mining .And the working efficiency is higher . It is morely used for narrow and deep ditch. The advantage of digging ditches machine are more used at apparent. Multifunctional ditcher can improve the efficiency of trenching and backfilling to reduce the human and material waste. The following work is done: 1.The development of domestic and overseas trenchers, the application to computer assisted analysis in the fields of agricultural machinery and the research to chain-trencher were systematically analyzed and the ditcher belonging to rotary chain-type trencher was confirmed. According to the working environment, agronomic requirements and the outcome of dynamical analysis, the basic parameters such as groove width and deep, forward speed, chain speed, productivity, resistance of cutting soil, cutting power Consumption, total power consumption, power rate and cutting thickness and the overall project were confirmed. 2. The structural design and trial-manufacture of chain-trencher were developed. The trencher was made up of joint and transmission mechanism and ditching equipment.
