No grossly evident lesions in the field of ear,nose and throat. 身體檢查： 1.意識：清楚且有定向感 2.頭眼耳鼻喉 眼睛：結膜呈粉紅色，鞏膜沒有黃疸情形。 瞳孔反射敏捷且對稱。 在耳鼻喉部分沒有非常明顯可見的病變 3.Neck: Supple, no JVE, no LAP. 4.Chest: Bilateral clear breath sound, no wheezing or crackle were noted. 5.Heart: Regular heart beat, no murmurs. 3.頸部:柔軟，無頸靜脈怒張及淋巴結病變 4.胸部:雙側清楚呼吸音，無發現喘鳴音或爆裂音 5.心臟:規則心跳，無心雜音 6.Abdomen: Flat, normoactive bowel so
