摘 要 本次设计的是某工厂的总降压变电所及配电系统。根据该厂的负荷计算以及厂内各车间的负荷等级情况，及从技术和经济指标比较后采用了一台S9-1000/10型号的变压器作为主接线选择，并用Yyn0连接组别。对于本厂的二级负荷采用LG-35型号的铝绞线做为高压联络线从临厂取得备用电源，采用LMY-3*（40*4）作为10kV母线，采用LMY-3（120*10）+80*6作为380V侧的母线。又根据导线的发热条件，电压损失，热稳定和机械强度等方面来确定和选择校验相应车间的导线的型号。 本设计采用过电压，过电流和过负荷等措施对装设有绝缘监视装置，中央信号装置，和控制回路的二次回路进行了继电保护，并且对保护时间和灵敏度系数进行了整定和短路计算，同时本着安全要求对变压器和导线进行了防雷和接地保护。 关键词：负荷计算 继电保护 过电流保护 二次回路 Abstract This time design of is a some factory of total decline to press a substation and go together with electricity system.According to should factory of burden calculation and the each car in the factory of burden grade circumstance, and from the technique and economy index sign comparison empress adoption one the set S9-1000/10 the transformer of the model number Be lord connect line choice, counteract Yyn0 conjunction set do not.To the aluminum of second class model number LG-35 of the burden adoption of my plant wring line to be used as high pressure contact line from face factory to obtain back up power supply, adoption the LMY-3*(40*4) be a 10 kV mother line, adoption LMY-3(120*10)+80*6 Be a 380 V side of mother line.Again according to lead line of have fever a condition, electric voltage loss, hot stability and machine strength etc. to assurance and choice the school check to correspond a lead of car line of model number. This design adoption conduct electricity to press, conduct electricity to flow with lead burden etc. measure to insulate surveillance equip towards equip, central signal equip, with control back track of two back track carried on after electricity protection, and to protection time and intelligent degree coefficient carried on whole settle with short circuit calculation, be in the light of in the meantime safety request to transformer with led line to carry on to defend thunder and connect ground protection.
